John Raimondo spent 26 years at Procter & Gamble leading large, complex consumer businesses across sales and brand management, including marketing, shopper strategy, and go-to-market execution. He held senior leadership roles across retail, professional, and brands, building deep experience in customer leadership and commercial growth. Most recently, John was the VP of Sales for North America Oral Care, a +$4.0B business.
Today, John leads 3 Gem Horizons LLC as Managing Partner — operating a multi-channel commerce business across Amazon and other retail marketplaces, while advising consumer brands and retail organizations on growth strategy, commercial effectiveness, and execution.
